Where does Voylan ship to?
We ship to over 30 countries worldwide:
North America: Canada, United States
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer complementary global shipping for all of our customers.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days.
Canada: Most orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Some orders can take between 3-6 business days depending on your location. Remote locations can take longer.
International: All international parcels will arrive in 4-6 business days.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel ships.
Where is my order confirmation email?
You will generally receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order. In some instances, it may take up to 24 hours for the email to come through as orders are passed through fraud and ID security checks upon being placed.
Is there a signature upon delivery required for my order?
Yes, to ensure security for your package someone at the shipping address must sign for the order.
Do you charge customs fees or duty?
Customers in the United States and European Union will not be charged any duties. Other international customers may be responsible for any local duties and/or taxes.
What are the accepted forms of payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
When will I be charged for my order?
You are charged for your order when the order is placed.
How can I cancel my order?
Email our customer experience team within 60 minutes after placing the order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Out of stock items:
If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item.
How does pre-order work?
When a product is listed as pre-order, the product is not yet in stock but is available to purchase. You will not be charged until the item ships. We will provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) at the time of purchase. Please be aware that Pre-Order dates are approximate and subject to change. We will contact you if the ship date changes.
What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages, including those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient, are refunded once returned back to us, less the cost of shipping to and from the recipient’s address, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
What’s your return policy?
You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original packaging and condition, tags included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. To request a return, please contact us at email@example.com.
How do I return an order?
If you wish to return an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Canadian customers will receive a complementary return label from us. All you will need to do is print it, place it on the original shipping box and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post location. For international customers, if you are shipping an item back, you must send an email including your order number, tracking number of courier of choice and reason for the return to email@example.com.
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the following 2-5 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Note that it can take between 3-5 business days to appear on your issuing bank account statement. Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
